  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to all seven Emirates of UAE (United Arab Emirates) - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm al-Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ajman and Ra's al-Khaimah.
  • Do you offer delivery outside UAE?
    We do not deliver outside UAE because it is too costly to send small quantities of items from Dubai to another country by courier.
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Dubai, in United Arab Emirates.
  • For sheds, can we see the installed unit?"
    Yes, you can visit us at our DIP location between 8am and 8pm, from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Please call (+971-52) 407 2563 before you visit.
